SHIPPING / RETURNS

At Fringe Western Wear, we value our customers and try to do everything we possibly can to make sure you're happy with your order. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, we will always try to make things right with you within our policy guidelines. 

RETURN POLICY:

You may return most new, unused items within 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE for A FULL REFUND TO ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT OR STORE CREDIT. All purchases returned after 30 days will be denied. All products must arrive with original tags still attached to the item and in new condition; unwashed, unworn, no stains, no strong odor. We accept returns in-store for no additional fee, as well as shipped back to us, however, return shipping is at the customers expense. Once your return is received and accepted, your refund or store credit will be processed and applied to your account. Returns received back to the store past 30 days of the customer receiving the package will be rejected and we will notify you as soon as we receive it via phone and email. At this point, you can pay to have it shipped back to you, or you can pick up the item in store. Return rejections that are left in our store over 30 days after us receiving the item and contacting you will be donated to a local charity. If you think your package may not get to our store in time, please call us to speak to us about the situation individually. 

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY :

(PURCHASES MADE FROM OCTOBER 2025-DECEMBER 23RD 2025)

ALL (NON-SALE) NEW, UNUSED, UNWORN ITEMS, WITH TAGS ATTACHED, NO STRONG ODORS (SMOKE, PERFUME, ETC.), PET HAIR, STAINS OF ANY KIND, AND RECEIPT PRESENT, MAY BE RETURNED TO ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT OR EXCHANGED WITH ANOTHER ITEM, IF BROUGHT BACK BY JANUARY 25, 2025. ITEMS BROUGHT BACK AFTER JANUARY 25, 2025 WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.  PLEASE NOTE -- BOOTS & ANY FOOTWEAR MUST HAVE TAGS ATTACHED, THEIR ORIGINAL BOX, AND NO VISIBLE SCUFFS ON THE BOTTOM INDICATING WEAR, MAKING US UNABLE TO SELL THEM TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER AS NEW.

 EXCHANGES:

We are not able to do exchanges because we cannot guarantee that we will still have your product available. If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please place a new order online for the product. 

 RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

- Mail all returns to Fringe Western Wear 3310 Vandiver Dr., Columbia MO 65202

- In your package, please include the name placed with the order, your order number, your address, your phone number, and your email address. 

 RETURNING SHOES/BOOTS INSTRUCTIONS:

 Shoes/boots must be returned in their original box and then put in a larger box to ship. Please do not attach shipping labels to the shoe box as this makes the box, which is part of the appearance of the product, susceptible to damage in the shipping process. This leaves us unable to sell the item in its original packaging, and therefore the return will be rejected. 

 DAMAGED ITEMS OR WRONG ORDERS:

At Fringe Boutique we want to stand behind the product we offer our customers. If you believe that your item has a manufacturer defect or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at 573-777-3978 and we will resolve the issue promptly. We will cover the return shipping on damaged/incorrect orders.

SHIPPING:

We ship Monday - Friday. All orders placed after 2 p.m. on Friday will be processed the following Monday. 

 EXCESSIVE RETURNING:

If you return items from more than 3 separate orders within a calendar month, a 10% restocking/handling fee will be deducted from your store credit amount.
