This full-grain leather boot is built with bond welt construction, the Georgia Waterproof System, and a high-performance mesh lining for enhanced air circulation. A stretch gusset makes it easy to pull on, while the BOA® Fit System delivers a micro-adjustable, precision fit, engineered and guaranteed to perform in the toughest conditions.
Inside, the Advanced Memory Polyurethane (AMP) insole provides long-lasting cushioning and support, working together with a fiberglass shank and our Counter Lock heel stabilizer for dependable structure and stability. The co-molded TPU/PU outsole resists heat, abrasion, and slips, and features flex grooves that promote natural movement throughout the workday.
